The APW GGM-36I Workline Series Manual Gas Griddle Griddle has a fast start-up to prime cooking temperatures and provides fast recovery and the ability to handle a variety of foods. This griddle has openings in the front that allow the pilot light to be easily lit and adjusted without removing the front panel. Its bull-nose front extension protects employees from burns. Griddle features (3) heat dials that turn a full 180 for ultimate control, a 1 inch flat polished steel griddle plate, a full 4 inch grease trough and shut off valve. This sturdy griddle is made with welded stainless and aluminized steel and comes with 4 inch adjustable legs. This product measures at 15-3/4 inches tall by 36 inches wide by 26-3/4 inches deep with a cooking surface of 19-1/2 inches long by 35-3/4 inches wide. cULus, UL, CE, 75,000 BTU (25,000 BTU / burner).
