The RW2V consistently keeps hot foods, soups and sauces above 140F. Thermostatic controls adjust from low, medium and high and raised liner edge prevents outside condensation. Control and cord are located at the back of the warmer. Made of stainless steel in the exterior and interior. Fully insulated to protect interior controls. Uses standard insets and covers (not included). Unit is equipped with a 60, three wire grounded power cord which terminates with a standard three pronged male plug.
