At Chefs' Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade culinary gear. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a freight pickup for heavy equipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
