Vulcan VBP5 Holding / Transport Cabinet has a 5 pan slides that fit 5 size 18 by 26 inch pans or 10 size 12 by 20 by 2-1/2 inch pans or a combination of both sizes adjustable on 1-1/2 inch centers. Includes 5 pairs of adjustable slides. And features simple knob actuated electronic control with digital display for holding at temperatures of up to 190F. The blower motor provides gentle and even temperature distribution.
Constructed with a forced air blower, side mounted push handles, recessed control panel, 20 gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, recessed side-mounted handles, magnetic action door latch, and full insulation; 1-1/2 inch in side walls and 2 inch in top. Integrated steel frame for maximum strength. Field reversible doors. One year limited parts and labor warranty.
