The stainless steel, patented, foam insulated flat lid keeps pan temperatures colder, locks in freshness, and minimizes condensation. With a 6.5 cubic foot aluminum interior and stainless steel floor, this unit has (2) adjustable PVC coated shelves for your storage needs.
