Southbend HDC-24 Charbroiler features 20,000 BTU's every 6 inches for a total of 4 burners, removable two-sided cast-iron grates and removable crumb tray. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent control of the flame with one standing pilot that services each burner.
Constructed with #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel front and sides. Bottom and rear are aluminized steel. Sides are reinforced and fully insulated. 5 rear and side splash. 4 inch adjustable legs, 80,000 total BTU, CSA Star, CSA Flame, cCSAus, NSF.
